Items are sourced across Oʻahu from local vendors to major stores then delivered and fully put away inside the home prior to check-in. Access is arranged in coordination with the property manager, ensuring everything is in place and ready the moment the door is opened.
Ongoing support during a stay offers a consistent, reliable presence for day-to-day needs. This may include coordinating and picking up items such as groceries, catering, cakes, or leis, as well as handling last-minute requests as they arise. Support is flexible and responsive, allowing plans to shift without disruption.
Dog care is prepared in advance, with essentials set up before arrival so each dog can settle in comfortably from the start. Care is provided one-on-one, supporting companionship and routine while adjusting to a new environment. Time is spent with the dog within the vacation home and grounds, maintaining consistency and ensuring owners always know where their dog is and how they are doing.
