  Throughout her career, she has identified opportunities, developed luxury vacation rental portfolios, cultivated long-standing industry relationships and worked directly with discerning travelers and ultra-high-net-worth clientele. Her experience spans sales, business development, market expansion, guest experience and executive leadership within Hawaii's vacation rental industry. 

 In 2020, Denise expanded her career into private estate and household management, including around-the-clock care for five dogs. Her responsibilities ranged from property operations and vendor coordination to household projects, procurement, logistics, and day-to-day lifestyle support. This hands-on experience deepened her understanding of how to anticipate needs and keep a private residence running smoothly, with thoughtful care for both the home and its dogs. 

 Today, through DP Gateway, Denise brings together decades of vacation rental expertise and industry relationships with hands-on experience in private household management and dog care. She provides personalized on-island support that complements the work of vacation rental professionals, giving their guests a trusted resource for pre-arrival preparations, ongoing assistance, and care for visiting dogs on Oʻahu.
